    WPT China - huge success

The inaugural WPT National event in China has become one of the best opening events in the poker world. It was not only sold out but with the amount of publicity it got is mind-blowing. Among all the others, two poker super-stars decided to join the competition – Johnny Chan and Phil Hellmuth. Both of these players are the leaders by the most WSOP bracelets (10 and 13 respectively) however neither of them has a WPT bracelet.

    Chan and Hellmuth Epic clash:

Both Hellmuth and Chan entered the inaugural WPT China along with more than 500 poker players at the MGM Grand in Sanya. As always Phil Hellmuth was fashionably late on Day 1B but was out pretty soon. Johnny Chan did better a little but also busted out of the main event on the Day 1. Today, 17 December the Final table at WPT China will be played which we are very looking forward. Let's see who wins!
